Nicole’s Baby Bump {Elijah Maxwell}

A few months ago, I flew home to Atlanta to go to my good friend, Nicole’s Baby Shower!  I missed out on these things living on the West Coast, so it’s really nice to be back in the South and easily hop a flight home to see dear friends and be present in these important life events.

Our friendship goes way back to high school and we have so many fun memories from college, living in Atlanta in our twenties, and have even been bridesmaids in each other’s weddings!  Not only has she made me laugh so hard I probably nearly peed my pants, she has also been a great rock to lean on.

Nicole and her husband, Jonathan were sweet enough to let me photograph a maternity session for them.  I’m overdue in getting these posted, so they have since had their sweet little boy, Elijah!

This is my first maternity session and I greatly appreciated their patience as I felt completely clueless in posing, etc.  Hope you enjoy the pictures.

At the end of shooting, Jonathan and Nicole asked if we could do a few more photos with shirts representing their church.  They are heavily involved with an AMAZING church in Atlanta, Buckhead Church and Upstreet is a small group program for K-5th Graders in which they are involved.
